Ankle Pressure Point I Have An Extremely Sensitive Point At The Back Of My Ankle Just Above And The Outside Of My Heel, Any Ideas?

I have an extremely sensitive point at the back of my ankle just above and the outside of my heel, any ideas? - ankle pressure point

It is only really noticeable touch of my shoe - and my work boots, not too close! I feel the pain when I move my hand on the heel / ankle and foot when I lie down, but not painful, but the slightest pressure is actually applied.
